Living Stream Ministry

A parent or guardian must sign an Acknowledgment and Assumption of Responsibility (AAR) form and give it to your training coordinator before your registration can be completed.

1. Please notify your coordinator if you intend to share seats.
2. Notify your coordinator if you need hospitality (18-25 years old only).
3. Donations should be submitted through your coordinator.
